The Laguna Group of Companies is the sole user of all personal data we collect from you, whether in electronic or physical forms. We shall not share your personal data with other with third parties unless with your prior explicit consent.

How long is the data retained, disposed and who has access
We store the data we collect from you for a period of five years from date of collection, in accordance with the company privacy policy.
To prevent further and unauthorized processing, the company shall, after the retention period, permanently delete any and all records of your personal data from it system and cloud storage without any means for reconstitution. Physical document and forms containing personal data shall be shredded and disposed of securely.
We strictly enforce data privacy and security policies to safeguard your personal data. Access to your data is limited only to qualified and authorized personnel who hold your personal data with strict confidentiality.
