- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- Experienced in the field of HR with exposure to facets such as Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations
- Knowledge in the processing and filing of statutory benefits and reports such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Highly creative, innovative, and resourceful
- Time-bound and knows how to work with deadlines
- Should have excellent analytical skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
